The hotel was fairly clean with well-appointed and brand-new rooms and very pleasant staff. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good food.

Nice building, great location close to mall and stores, gas stations, and shops. Exceptionally comfortable bed and neat and well-stocked room.

Tbh, had an excellent stay during Gainesville visit. Excellent location in a sketchy neighborhood, and the rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained. Its beds were exceptionally comfortable.

When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with a bathroom and mini kitchens, as example was ready. The location was excellent, short walk to downtown and public areas such as elevators- and where breakfast is served and Gainesville.

All in all the hotel is perfect, it has very pleasant staff and brand-new rooms. Location is magnificent and exceptionally nice, in a sketchy neighborhood. And it's really close to public areas such as elevators- and where breakfast is served as well as Gainesville for a wedding on the UF campus.

Enjoyed the amenities offered, especially the kitchenette. Conveniently located near I-75 and close to everything. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Found hairs in the bathroom, cleanliness could be improved. Limited TV channel selection, only about 10 channels of entertainment.

Clean venue with marvellous location in a nice tropical park. Location very close to mall and interstate, many good dining options and that surrounding areas. Nearby Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse - great place to chill out👌

The location is marvellous and comfy, 1 mile from The Oaks Mall. It is nestled in a good area very close to many good dining options, and mall and interstate.

The bathrooms are very small.

The hotel was easy to find right off the highway. We never had any issues finding parking in the smaller parking lot. The location was convenient, with a short drive to and from the campus. The kitchen facilities, including the grill downstairs, were useful for cooking and making s'mores. Two members of the front desk staff were friendly. The shower was clean with no mold, and the countertops, cabinets, microwave, toilet, and sinks were all clean. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were also clean. The full-size refrigerator, working dishwasher, and stove top were in good condition and clean. The main bed was very comfortable, and the AC worked great, getting super cold when needed.
